With more than 300 days of sunshine per year, visitors enjoy the outdoors year round during four dramatic, distinct seasons. Pagosa Springs is located in the “Colorado Sunbelt,” just 35 miles north of the New Mexico border and along the Western slope of the Continental Divide.

Our warmest month is July, with an average daytime high temperature at 830 F degrees and average low at 450.  Our coldest month is January, with a high of 390 and a low of 40 . Having a semi-arid climate with low winds, we don't have to worry about checking things such as wind chill.
