Pagosa Springs is located in the "Colorado Sunbelt," just 35 miles north of the New Mexico border and along the Western slope of the Continental Divide.

Our warmest month is July, with an average daytime high temperature at 83 F degrees and average low at 45. Our coldest month is January, with a high of 39 and a low of 4 . Having a semi-arid climate with low winds, we don't have to worry about checking things such as wind chill.

Good to know

While we're off the beaten path, getting to Pagosa Springs is pretty easy by air or by car.  For private pilots, our local airport, located at Stevens Field, has an 8100 x 100 foot runway and new FBO facilities.  Or catch a commercial flight out of Durango, 60 miles west.  By car, Pagosa is 4 hours from Albuquerque, NM, 5 hours from Denver, CO or 8 hours from Phoenix, AZ.
