2024 Earth Day Celebration @ Centennial Park

Earth Day Planning Group of the Southwest Organization for Sustainability presents Earth Day, 2024! Promenade the Riverwalk with booths and events at the GGP amphitheater. Come for learning, community building and fun! Family friendly event, opening & closing ceremonies, community booths, giveaways, mini-workshops, nature & wetland walks, tea ceremony, live music, chalk art, costumes & solar cars for kids. 9am-3pm.

Opening Day @ Chimney Rock National Monument

Chimney Rock National Monument lies within the San Juan National Forest, between Pagosa Springs and Durango, encompassing 4,726 acres, preserving hundreds of prehistoric sites that dot the landscape around the twin spires. A sacred place that celebrates the life of Ancestral Puebloans over 1000 years ago.
