RACES
The Frozen Foot 50k Ultra Race begins in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. There is a 50k, 30k and 17k trail race. The races begin at The Springs Resort & Spa, home of the world's deepest geothermal hot spring, follows the San Juan River, enters the San Juan River Ranch to run over ridges, up game trails, and through meadows. Experience some of the most amazing mountain views as you challenge yourself running in snow packed trail at 7,100 feet. This is a race you won't want to miss!
RECOVER
After the race, warm your frozen feet and the rest of your body while you recover in 23, 100% natural, unfiltered, geothermal hot springs ranging from 88 degrees to 112 degrees at The Springs Resort & Spa.
Relax
Relax your body and mind with craft beer, wine, food and live music to help you celebrate and relax after the race.

Join The Town of Pagosa Springs & Archuleta County on May 3rd and 4th, 8am-3pm for free dump days at multiple locations around town. On May 4th attend our annual community-wide clean-up event followed by a free BBQ for volunteers and homemade ice cream contest (in honor of Larry Fisher) 9am-1pm. We look forward to seeing you!
