Pagosa Turkey Trot 5k Walk/Run @ Yamaguchi Park
The Pagosa Turkey Trot is a 5k Walk/Run starting at Yamaguchi Park at 10am on November 27th. Come run and burn off some calories before you head to your Thanksgiving feast. This is a fun event for all fitness levels. Whether you are a competitive runner, a beginner, or just want something fun to do with the family before you eat, this is a great event for you. $25 Online Registration - Closes Wednesday Nov. 26th 8pm, $35 Day Of Registration - CASH OR CHECK ONLY.

Ugly Sweaty Sweater 5k Walk/Run 2025 @ Uncle's Bar & Social Club
Grab your ugliest holiday sweater, lace up your running shoes, and bring your family, friends, and pups for a festive 5K like no other! This family- and dog-friendly run/walk takes you on a gentle loop along bike paths and paved roads, circling back to Uncle's. It's the perfect course for every fitness level. 10am. Entry Fee $25, Students & Archuleta School District Staff: $20.

Join us December 20th for the 5th Annual Old-Fashioned Christmas Celebration in Downtown Pagosa Springs! Along the route, enjoy festive displays and activities, acoustic musicians, choirs, free hot chocolate and cider, other goodies and, of course, Santa Claus. 5-7pm.

Pagosa Nordic Club Cabin Fever Nordic Race ~ Southwest Nordic Race Series @ Cloman Park
Pagosa Nordic Club is participating in the Southwest Nordic Race Series - Six events in the Four Corners / San Juan Mountain region to crown the King and Queen of Nordic Skiing in the Southwest! Three of the six featured races are scored for each racer. Score is based on finishing position (1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, etc.). Top three finishes are averaged. Lowest average score wins!

Winterfest Red Ryder BB Gun Biathlon @ Yamaguchi Park
A unique, super-fun freestyle ski event in which participants can either classic or skate ski while target shooting with Red Ryder BB guns provided by the Pagosa Nordic Club. 10 seconds added for each shot missed during the race but no gun or shooting experience is needed. Parents can help the young ones cock and shoot. Kids really love this race! Prizes for the top finishers and best costumes along with participant drawing giveaways. Great fun for all ages!
