Pagosa Paddle 2025 @ San Juan River Town Park to Yamaguchi Park
On May 9th and 10th the San Juan River will have a surge of boaters competing for cash and prizes during the annual Pagosa Paddle whitewater races. Not up for paddling? Come out to cheer on these athletes as they go through the downtown water features that make up the whitewater park on the San Juan River through downtown Pagosa Springs. Spectators can watch the action from above at the Overlook viewing point, alongside the almost famous river walk or from the healing waters at The Springs Resort. More info coming soon!

Lickety-Split and Friends IMPROV @ Pagosa Center for the Arts
Lickety-Split Improv is a comedy and improvisation group founded by veteran performers Karisa Bruin and Scott Morehead, who both came up through the Chicago comedy scene and have spent the last 20+ years performing in improv and sketch theaters large and small in Chicago, New York, LA and beyond. Doors open at 6:30pm, show at 7pm. $11 tickets.

The Big Picture Classic is back for another amazing weekend full of competition and fellowship May 17-18th. As always Dreher Robertson will be hustling sponsorships to provide the pros with guaranteed $2,000 in added cash with hopes of being much more for payout. We are working on an awesome players pack for the Ams thanks to our sponsors. Ams will also receive merchandise payout through the Grit Discs Mobile Store. This event will be 2 rounds with tee times each day.

Join Habitat for Humanity of Archuleta County as we celebrate the kickoff of Year 4 of our plan to build 15 homes in 5 years! The race will be a huge thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, sub-contractors, and Partner Families as well as an opportunity to learn more about how Habitat Archuleta supports workforce homeownership in the county. New this year! We'll have a 1-mile Super Sprint option as well as a 10K! T-shirts and goodie bags will be provided. 9am. Registration Required.
