The Thingamajig Theatre Company presents Broadway in the Mountains Summer Season 2023
The Great American Trailer Park Musical (June 2-August 25) There’s a new tenant at Armadillo Acres – and she’s wreaking havoc all over Florida’s most exclusive trailer park. When Pippi, the stripper on the run, comes between the Dr. Phil-loving, agoraphobic Jeannie and her tollbooth collector husband – the storms begin to brew. 7pm.

About Thingamajig and PSCA
Thingamajig Theatre Company is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a constituent member of the Theatre Communication Group (TCG), the national organization for Professional American Theatre. Cofounded in 2011 by Tim and Laura Moore, Thingamajig Theatre Company is an award-winning theatre in residence within the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts. Its talented actors, directors and designers come from across North America and Europe to produce musicals, comedies, and dramas for local and out-of-town audiences. Thingamajig is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for youth and teens in our community, including theatre camps and master classes.

It includes enhanced lighting in downtown Pagosa as well as many other festive events taking place in and around the Pagosa Springs area November 28th through the end of December. Lights will be on every evening from 6-8pm.

Support the Pagosa Springs Dance Academy at our annual Nutcracker Pancake Breakfast and Storybook Nutcracker performance. Proceeds from the breakfast help fund safety enhancements for the studio, including window coverings to protect dancers and new flooring designed for injury prevention. Enjoy a pancake breakfast with games and activities for young children at 9:30am, followed by the Storybook Nutcracker performance at 11:00 AM. $25 Adults, $10 Children.

Grab your ugliest holiday sweater, lace up your running shoes, and bring your family, friends, and pups for a festive 5K like no other! This family- and dog-friendly run/walk takes you on a gentle loop along bike paths and paved roads, circling back to Uncle's. It's the perfect course for every fitness level. 10am. Take a horse-drawn ride through the meadow and magical Christmas tree forest to arrive at The Claus Cookie Cabin. There, you will be served Christmas cookies and cocoa by Mrs. Claus and have a chance to meet and take photos with Santa himself! Enjoy a warm bonfire and special family time before returning with the horses. 1 hour duration; time slots starting at 3:15pm. $50 adults $40 children 3-12 $5 under 2. Advanced reservations required.
