Hot Air Balloon Mass Ascension–8:00am Uptown
Downtown Pagosa Springs by the San Juan River. Enjoy the spectacular winter view as balloons fill the sky.
DUST2 & Pagosa Mountain Sports Fat Bike Fun Race -Yamaguchi Park 8:45am
Registration starts at 8am and crepes will be served at the race. 12K, 6K, KidK $20/adults, $10/racers under 18. This is a fun activity for the whole family! Rentals are available at Pagosa Mountain Sports for $20. All proceeds to benefit DUST2 Youth Cycling Team.

Pagosa Nordic Club Learn to Cross Country Ski Clinic -10:00am at Cloman Park
This introductory clinic is great for never-evers, beginners and intermediate level X-C skiers. Learn skate ski and classic cross-country ski basics from some of Pagosa Springs’ best skiers. Come learn how to make these outdoor winter activities even more enjoyable. Bring your ski gear; skate skis or classic kick and glide. All local ski shops rent cross-country ski gear and offer special rental discounts for these clinics- just mention you are attending the clinic. Donations of $5-$10 per person are encouraged.

4th Annual Barkus Parade -11 am in Town Park
The Lost Cajun is hosting this wonderful event as a benefit for the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs. Bring your costumed pet and parade with us! Make a donation to the humane society and get a free cup of gumbo.

This two-hour tour takes visitors along the Mesa Village Trail, the Great House Trail & a panoramic view from atop the Mesa Ridge aimed specifically at interpreting the history and significance of Chimney Rock and the Ancestral Puebloans who inhabited the area more than 1,000 years ago.
